Maximizer Quoting Module

CRMPro have developed an exciting new integration for the web version of Maximizer that will allow you to produce quotes or invoices against records in Maximzier.
The quoting module can also store line items in its database, so simply choose your items, revise as required and then generate your pdf.
Your quote can then be saved as a pdf or delivered straight to the client from the CRM by clicking “Send Email”

Quote Tab View:
  • Quote information such as last quote date, quote reference and all quotes generated are stored against the client record and searchable.
  • A “Quoting” window appears in the tabbed sections where you can perform multiple options against a quote, add, edit, delete and so on.
Quote Edit Page:
  • Here you can set your specific quote details, dates, define if it’s a quote or an invoice and select the required recipient name and email address.
  • You can click the blue button with the up arrow to hide all of the above details, so you can then focus on the quote itself
  • Simply select your products list and add line items as required, update description price and so on.
  • Enter in a comment in the comments field and click apply, then your quote is done and saved into the database.
Quote Preview Page:
  • Select your formatting options and then select Generate PDF (it will save to your desktop)
  • Otherwise send the PDF directly to the client using the Send Email button.
PDF Generated
  • Your PDF is now generated and the quote is stored directly into Maximizer.
  • We can adjust templates to suit your business requirements, terms and conditions can also be applied to the footer of the pdf.
